Tips for Injury-free Gardening

Spring is here! Our flowers bloom in April and backs ache in May.  But it doesn’t have to be that way. Health Plus Physical Therapy Center offers tips on how to stop and smell the roses without the risk of injury.
Take Breaks: Take regular breaks about every 30 minutes to give your parts a rest.
Stretch it Out: Stretch before, during and after. Try yoga and improve your flexibility.
Posture Perfect: Maintain good posture at all times as you work.
